Can I buy the map I like directly from you?
Yes, you can call us if you prefer to not shop online. Please call
us at 253-212-9424.
Return Policy: We would like you to be satisfied with your
purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange a map if you can return
the purchased map within 15 days of purchase in good condition.
Please call if you have any questions. *International orders are
non-refundable. In cases where an order arrives damaged due to shipping
the item(s) must be reported to us as damaged within 5 business
days of receipt so a proper claim can be made. Once filed and successfully
fulfilled new items will be shipped per the original order.
International Orders: We accept international orders.

I like one of your maps, but I want it in a different size.
Can you change the size for me?
Yes, we can customize the size, but it will cost you extra money, depending on the map. It takes a bit of work to change the size of a map. Typically, we will have to redesign the map.
I would like a special map designed for me or my company.
Can you do that?
Yes. We do custom work. We have many customers that special order a series of maps for their advertising. Please see our Custom Maps page for more details.
I purchased one of your maps.
Can I make a copy and give to my friend (or mother etc)?
Absolutely not! You purchased one copy which entitles you to the map for yourself or as a gift. The map you purchased is copyrighted material and Delta Geographic maintains all reserved copyright privileges.
Can I use some of your images in a different website or use them to make my own themes to sell?
No you may not. The map images are copyrighted and cannot be used at all without the written consent from Delta Geographic. Using them elsewhere is copyright infringement.
How often do you create new products?
We are continually creating new products. We value your feedback. Please let us know which wine regions interest you most.
